Confirm what you are permitted to sell
Ask the supplier for the contractual scope of resale: territories, products, branding and who supports end customers. Access to a panel does not itself document permission to distribute particular content. Resolve those questions before advertising or accepting orders.
Keep records of the supplier’s terms and each product offered. Do not make channel, availability or income promises that your agreement and actual service cannot support.
Model the cost of one customer
Calculate acquisition cost + the credit cost for that activation + payment costs + expected support time. Use the credit consumption rules for the exact duration and connection count, not a guessed exchange rate between credits and months.
Revenue is not profit. Set aside time for activation issues, device assistance and enquiries. A larger credit bundle can lower a unit cost while increasing the money committed before any customer orders.
Define the handover to your customer
- Confirm the device and player before taking an order.
- Record the purchased duration and simultaneous connection allowance.
- Provide access instructions privately and explain the first-login process.
- Give the customer the applicable cancellation, renewal and support terms.
- Keep an order reference so support can investigate without asking for public passwords.
Pilot your support process before scaling
Test the order-to-activation workflow with an authorised account. Track the time spent resolving issues and use those observations in your cost model. Do not present hypothetical margins as achieved income.
The ViewTVY reseller page lists packages separately from retail subscriptions. Confirm current credit consumption and account terms through support before choosing a package.
