Verify which application you installed
Record the exact app name, publisher, version and device. Several apps can use similar streaming terminology; this article is not a download endorsement for every app called Smarters. Confirm the intended player with support and its publisher before installing or paying.
Instructions can differ between television, phone and computer versions. Use the input choices actually shown by your installed version.
Keep these fields separate
- Profile name: a local label to help you recognise an account, when the player offers one.
- Server address: use the exact address in your private access instructions.
- Username: use the service login, not an email address unless instructed.
- Password: copy carefully and remove accidental leading or trailing spaces.
- Playlist URL: use it only in a field intended for that complete address.
If the player rejects the login
Check the account has been activated and has not expired. Confirm that the instructions belong to this order rather than an older trial. Ask support to verify the required login format; do not repeatedly guess servers or credentials.
Send the error message, app version and order reference through support. Never post a password or a complete private playlist URL in a public screenshot.
If login works but viewing fails
Try one channel and then a second. If the list is empty, check whether a playlist refresh is available and whether the service account is active. If only one stream fails, record its name and time.
Do not buy another subscription to solve an unknown player error. Diagnose the account, playlist and network separately before making changes.
